What they need
工作職責:
- 解答客戶一般服務查詢
- 提供有關VIP計劃之各項查詢及儲分服務
- 為客人安排送貨服務, 提供禮物包裝, 換貨或貨品暫存服務等
- 負責跟進及處理客戶讚賞、意見及投訴個案，確保問題得到妥善及及時處理
- 協助店務運作
- 其他由部門經理或主管安排之工作
要求：
- 持有文憑、副學士或以上學歷
- 具客戶服務相關工作經驗者優先考慮
- 具備良好的中英文書寫及溝通能力，熟悉 Microsoft Office, 懂中文輸入法
- 工作積極主動，具責任感及服務熱誠
- 良好的團隊合作精神及人際溝通能力
工作時間:
- 星期一至日: 9:00am - 10:15pm
- 每天工作 8.5小時, 輪班輪休
工作地點:
- 尖沙咀
