About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our Campbellfield team.

You will provide customer service and administration support, helping customers with enquiries, orders and deliveries.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organised and working in a busy team environment.

What You'll Do

• Answer customer enquiries by phone and email
• Process customer orders and invoices
• Follow up customer enquiries and orders
• Book couriers and coordinate deliveries
• Update customer details and records
• Assist with general administration
• Work with the team to keep orders moving smoothly
• Provide friendly and professional customer service

What We're Looking For

• Confident using computers and Microsoft Office

• Customer service or administration experience preferred
