Customer Service Representative – UK & US Telecom Process

We are hiring for Customer Service Representative / CSR – Team Member for a leading UK & US-based Telecommunications Process.

The role involves handling customer queries over the phone and identifying opportunities for upselling telecom products/services.

Job Openings

1. UK Telecom Process – Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Shift: UK Shift – 11:00 AM to 2:30 AM

Working Hours: Any 10 hours

Working Days: 5 days

Week Off: 2 rotational offs

Transport: Home Pick-up & Drop

Process: Customer Service + Upselling on Call

2. US Telecom Process – Vikhroli, Mumbai

Shift: 24/7 rotational shift

Working Hours: Any 10 hours

Working Days: 5 days

Week Off: 2 rotational offs

Transport: Home Pick-up & Drop

Process: Customer Service + Upselling on Call

Eligibility

HSC / Graduate

Minimum 1 year of experience in an international BPO / customer service voice process

Excellent English Communication Skills

Strong customer handling and upselling skills

Candidates must be comfortable with rotational shifts

Salary

Maximum CTC: ₹6.5 LPA

Salary will depend on communication skills, relevant experience and last drawn salary

Hike will be provided as per previous CTC and experience

Documents Mandatory

Recent 2 organisations – UAN/service history will be checked
