Customer Service Officer

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the main point of contact for customers.
• Receive, process, and coordinate customer orders and service requests.
• Monitor shipment and delivery status and provide timely updates to customers.
• Coordinate with Operations, Transport Controllers and other internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and operational issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer communications.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO THE JOB

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Experience in a logistics company is preferred.
• Experience handling key accounts or dedicated projects is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
