Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally across phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Resolve escalated issues efficiently while adhering to official procedures and guidelines.
• Provide clear, accurate information and strive to exceed customer satisfaction standards.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and elevate overall customer experience.
• Collaborate on general operational support and cross-agency initiatives when required.

About you

• Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level qualification

• Bilingual in Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.

• Strong communication skills with good telephone etiquette and a clear speaking voice.

• Comfortable using computers and working across multiple systems.

• Proficient in MS Office and possesses good typing/keyboard skills.

• Customer-focused, proactive and motivated to exceed expectations.

• Able to handle challenging customers and escalations calmly and professionally.

• Possibility to cross-support other government agencies when required
