About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and communicative Customer Service Officer to assist our customers, resolve inquiries, and ensure an outstanding service experience. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator who can seamlessly interact with a diverse customer base.
Key Requirements:
Demographics: Arab candidates are highly preferred for this role.
Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven experience in a customer service or support role.
Candidates with a background in the electronics sector will be given preference, but experience in other sectors is fully acceptable.
Language Skills: Good proficiency in both English and Arabic (including strong conversational dialects) to effectively communicate with our customers.
Availability: Candidates must be available to join immediately.
