Customer Service Officer

Basic information:

• 5.5 days between Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm
• Sat 8am - 12pm
• Location: Tuas (West)

Job scope:

• Manage inventory control and stock accuracy
• Handle customer service and enquiries
• Coordinate shipments and delivery arrangements
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation
• Handle billing and related administrative tasks
• Attend customer meetings and resolve complaints
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures
• Supervise and manage the customer service team

Requirements:

• Knowledge of warehousing concept
• Good communication skill and techniques in dealing with customers
• Local haulage, port net, and basic port clearance knowledge
• Knowledge of reading Bills of lading, invoice and packing list for shipment
• Knowledge of Microsoft office skill specially Excel and words
• Knowledge in safety at work, initiating work safely and educate the team to always work safely.
• Good Skill in problem solving
• Good working attitude & flexibility with different type of works.
• Computer literacy
