What You’ll Be Doing

• Respond to member inquiries and requests via phone and in-person interactions
• Provide clear and helpful information about our facilities, services, and policies
• Resolve member complaints and issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Assist with the coordination of member events and activities
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes and standards

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in fitness or hospitality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of members
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a positive team environment
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
