Customer Service Officer

About the role

Switchmode Power Supplies is seeking a Customer Service Officer. This is an entry level role and the opportunity to join our team. This role is based in Hornsby NSW 2077 and local candidates are preferred and offers an excellent opportunity to be the first point of contact for our valued clients. As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our client relationships whilst supporting our sales and administrative functions. This position is instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the smooth operation of our business.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels
• Contact customers to update information and determine customer satisfaction
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer records and documentation
• Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing and report preparation

What we're looking for

• A people person with a confident phone voice and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Professional and courteous manner when dealing with customers and colleagues
• Ability to problem-solve and handle customer issues with diplomacy and patience
• A genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service
• Eligible to work in Australia.
