Customer Service Officer

Location: Changi (Transport provided from Seng Kang, Aljunied, Tampines and Pasir Ris)

Working hours: 8am - 5.30pm (Monday - Thursday), 8am - 6.30pm (Friday)

Salary: Up to $2400 Basic (Have AWS & VB)

Job Scope:

·       Handle customer enquiries regarding shipments, delivery status, and logistics services.

·       Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery processes.

·       Track shipments and provide customers with timely updates on delivery schedules and delays.

·       Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, delivery orders, and other relevant records.

·       Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly and professionally.

·       Follow up with customers and internal teams to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements:

·       Proficient in MS Office

·       Able to perform overtime when required

·       Customer service orientated, with good communication and interpersonal skill

·       1 to 2 years of experience in Logistics industry / related Education background will be a bonus
