Customer Service Officer

About the role

A permanent full time Customer Service Representative position with Jumbocorp, a fast-growing waste management and recycling services company serving the construction industry. The role involves being the first level of support and contact for incoming calls and email support, establishing and sustaining productive relationships with clients, and providing excellent customer service ensuring all clients receive a prompt response to requests and queries.

About you

• Australian citizenship is required for this position
• High level of IT competency
• Proficiency with database systems is required
• Positive and strong work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, love dealing with people on a regular basis
• Able to work as part of a broad team
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork and organisational skills
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to remain focused in a high-pressure environment
