About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd. in Singapore. This is a full-time position where you will be the frontline representative of our company, delivering exceptional service to our clients and customers. In this role, you will play a vital part in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients whilst ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Your ability to communicate effectively, resolve issues promptly, and provide tailored support will be instrumental in achieving our customer service excellence standards and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

Customer Service Officer Aftersales (303 Alexandra Road)

Working hours: 5.25 Days

Mon to Fri : 7.45am to 5.15pm, extended OT to 6.00pm

Alternate Sat: 8.00am to 11.00am, extended OT to 12pm

Salary Range: up to $2800, OT eligible (Gross Salary $3000 - $3200)

As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll deliver outstanding service by managing customer interactions both in-person and over the phone.

• Serve as the first point of contact by warmly greeting customers.
• Handle all inbound and outbound calls, log details accurately in the CRM, and apply correct wrap-up codes.
• Collect and update customer details, vehicle registration, and ownership records.
• Verify warranty and support agreements per local guidelines.
• Book appointments across three service centres and offer mobility services.
• Screen technical calls and route them to the appropriate service advisor and payment method.
• Optimize workshop capacity by efficiently assigning vehicles and tasks.
• Provide general advice and set clear expectations for service follow-up.
• Assist in executing product campaigns and service promotions.
• Arrange airport pickup/delivery and schedule car care services.
• Monitor customer waiting times and non-verbal cues to maintain service standards.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed.
• Hand over vehicle to customers with basic work explanation.

What we're looking for

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualification
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or call centre support
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure

Customer Service Officer (Motorrad)

Working Hours : 5 days work week.

Monday to Saturday ( 1 weekday off) , Sunday closed, 9am to 6.30pm

Working Location: 1 Ubi Road 4

Salary Range: up to $2800, OT eligible (Gross Salary $3000 - $3200)

• Meet and greet all walk-in customers as soon as they arrive.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
• Interact professionally with all customers to ensure customer care and satisfaction and to offer assistance where necessary.
• Record daily showroom lead traffic and assign to Sales Consultant accordingly.
• Accountable for showroom cleanliness, demonstration and Company vehicles.
• Perform clerical receptionist duties such as cashiers, filing, photocopying, compile reports and plan rosters.
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
• Daily preparation for showroom for business (music, TV, upkeep accuracy of price list, specification sheet) and replenish point of sales and marketing materials.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers for operation matters.
• Active selling of parts, accessories, merchandising and lifestyle products to customers who visit the showroom.
• Introduce and explain information such as features, advantages, benefits and technical information of Motorrad lifestyle merchandise and accessories to customers, especially during the sales process.
• Provide of quotations and coordinate sales of Motorrad lifestyle and accessories to customers.
• Actively follow up on sales and product enquiries with regard to lifestyle and accessories sales.
• Responsible for the replenishment of accessories and lifestyle products in the sales area or shop.
• Presentation of accessories and lifestyle products in the sales area or shop and ensure that it is accordance to Motorrad Corporate Identity.
• Preparation of all-inclusive price offers in consultation with the sales and aftersales department.
• Furnishing and updating of sales literature and price tags.
• Responsibility for proper billing and parts issuing.

Requirements:

• Minimum O Level and above with at least 3 years of experience in customer service field
• Team Player
• Proficient in Ms Office
• Computer literate
