CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

Location: Irhirhi, Benin City
Salary: ₦70,000 – ₦80,000 Monthly
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Attend to customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with their requests and ensure timely follow-up.
• Support daily customer service and front desk activities.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming customer experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, front desk, sales, or a related role is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
• Ability to remain patient and professional under pressure.
