What they need
工作職責
- 接聽電話及回覆線上查詢，提供親切、專業的客戶服務
- 透過通訊軟件跟進訂單及客戶查詢
- 聯絡客戶確認送貨安排，協調相關事宜
- 處理客戶投訴，跟進問題及解決進度
- 與客戶維持良好關係
- 處理資料輸入、更新及存檔工作
入職要求
- 中五或香港中學文憑（DSE）程度
- 具一年相關工作經驗
- 積極主動，能獨立工作及解決問題
- 具良好溝通能力及客戶服務技巧
- 熟悉 MS Word、Excel 及中文輸入
工作待遇
- 工作時間：上午 9:30 至下午 6:30
- 每週工作五天
