    • Provide reception support and front-of-house assistance when required.

    • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proven problem-solving and organisational skills.
    • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook and Excel.
    • A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach to work.

What success looks like

    • Customers receive prompt, accurate, and professional service across all contact channels.
    • Orders and transactions are processed correctly the first time.
    • Customer enquiries and issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
    • Strong relationships are maintained with customers and internal stakeholders.
    • Service levels and team performance targets are achieved. Customers receive a professional and welcoming experience through phone and email interactions.

Why join ASSA ABLOY

    • Melbourne-based role with free onsite parking in Oakleigh
    • Join a supportive and collaborative team environment
    • Career development opportunities within a global market leader
