Customer Service Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for generating and issuing customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Manage bookings, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Oversee planning and coordination activities related to freight forwarding and logistics operations.
• Handle customer complaints by providing timely recommendations and effective solutions.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth logistics processes and accurate documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and approachable attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and multitask effectively.
