Customer Service Officer

To provide high-quality banking services to individual and corporate customers, respond to inquiries, and follow up on customer requests and banking transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with the bank s policies and procedures and the instructions of the Central Bank of Iraq.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome individual and corporate customers and provide information about the bank s products and services.
• Process customer requests and follow up on account opening and customer information updates in accordance with approved procedures.
• Assist customers with banking cards, transfers, digital banking services, and other banking products.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure the completeness of required documentation and verify customer information in accordance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.
• Maintain the confidentiality of customer information and comply with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the banking sector.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal professionally with individual and corporate customers.
• Proficiency in using computers and banking systems.
• Fluency in Arabic; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Iraqi nations only.
