De Beaute Beauty Slimming & Massage Wellness Spa is a premier high-end TCM Medi-spa for relaxation, rejuvenation, and Modern high-tech Aesthetic beauty and slimming treatments. We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and passionate Customer Service Officer (CSO) to join our team and deliver an exceptional experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients in a warm and professional manner

• Manage daily appointment bookings and scheduling

• Follow up with clients regarding appointments and treatments

• Handle daily customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person

• Recommend suitable beauty, slimming, and wellness treatments and packages

• Provide accurate information about beauty, slimming, TCM & spa services, including products and promotions

• Process payments and issue receipts

• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area

• Assist with administrative and operational tasks as required

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented attitude

• Strong interest in beauty, slimming, wellness, or spa services

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of basic computer skills & handling of a POS system

• Prior experience in customer service and a passion for the beauty and wellness industry will be an advantage
