We are hiring Customer Service Officer for broadband sales. The role involves meeting potential customers, generating leads, promoting broadband plans, converting leads into new connections, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits and outdoor sales.
• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, local areas, and direct customer interaction.
• Promote and sell broadband connections, plans, and offers.
• Explain broadband plans, pricing, benefits, and installation process to customers.
• Convert leads into successful broadband connections.
• Maintain good relationships with new and existing customers.
• Coordinate with the relevant teams for customer installation and activation.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10/ 12th Pass / Degree
• Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of sales experience can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence mandatory
