Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries via online platforms, phone, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels

• Provide professional customer service support and follow up on client requests

• Assist in appointment booking, service enquiries, and customer database updates

• Support online customer communication and lead follow-up

• Coordinate with frontline beauty centres and internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience

• Handle customer feedback and complaints in a polite and professional manner

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions

• Support daily office administrative duties when required

Requirements:

• 1+ year of customer service experience; beauty, wellness, retail, or service industry experience is an advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Patient, polite, detail-minded, and customer-oriented

• Able to handle online enquiries efficiently and professionally

• Basic computer skills and familiar with WhatsApp, social media, and online communication tools

• Good command of Cantonese; basic English and Mandarin preferred

• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently

• Immediate availability is highly preferred
