Customer Service Officer (Day Shift)

Harvest Veterinary Oncology Centre (HVOC) is seeking an Customer Service Officer (Day Shift). The successful candidate will work within a brand new, 25,000sq. ft., state-of-the-art specialist hospital.

Our facility is supported by a dedicated international team of diplomates in anesthesiology, cardiology, internal medicine, emergency and critical care, oncology, and surgery, with additional specialist services currently under recruitment. Job Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar
• Answer phone calls and address inquiries regarding veterinary services, appointment availability, and general information
• Perform the full range of reception job duties independently and provide administrative support, greet visitors and clients, maintain the reception area clean and tidy
• Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and maintain financial records accurately
• Assist in ad hoc assignments as required
• Communicate effectively with the veterinary team to ensure coordinated and efficient workflow

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in customer service/ hospitality industry; Preferably with Healthcare Clinic or shopping mall experience
• Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Genuine passion and care for animals is essential
• Knowledge and understanding of veterinary medicine, including diagnostics, treatments, and surgical procedures is an advantage; Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Be able to take shift duty on public holidays and weekends
