Customer Service Officer (General Insurance)

About the Role

At 10Life, customer service is more than answering questions — it’s about making insurance simple and stress-free. Enabled with advanced digital tools, you’ll be our ambassador in handling customer enquiries and providing seamless services.

What You’ll Do

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and instant messaging platform
• Help customers with questions insurance applications, policy changes, renewals, and basic claims support
• Update client records in CRM system
• Provide support to resolve occasional application and renewal issues such as premium collection, cancellation, etc
• Handle customer feedback and grievance calmly and professionally
• Support new feature launches and platform updates when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or above, with 2+ years of insurance-related experience
• Good knowledge of General Insurance Products (Travel, Home, Motor)
• IIQE Paper I & II required
• Friendly, patient, and customer-focused
• Comfortable with digital tools and systems
• Fluent in Cantonese, and able to work in English & Putonghua
