Customer Service Officer (HR Software)

About the role

People Technology Holdings Limited is seeking Customer Service Officer providing support for HR software products and services. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals and fresh graduates to start and develop their career in a progressive and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle clients' enquiries on HR software products and services
• User requirement gathering
• Perform product testing and administrative tasks
• Conduct product training to clients

About you

• Matriculated or above qualification
• At least 1 year experience of customer service/call center is preferred
• Experience in payroll operations and implementation of HR systems will be an advantage
• Good communication and listening skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
• Willing to learn attitude, self-motivated, responsible and able to work in a team environment
• Knowledge of MS Office especially MS Excel
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
