Key responsibilities
- Provide customer enquiries with high quality service
- Promote the loan products to customer and refer to suitable persons
- Loan administration and operation support
- Prepare loan agreements and collateral documents
- Ensure duly execution of loan documentations and compliance in accordance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Input data and limit to mainframe systems
About you
- At least one year laon CS experiences
- HKCEE / HKDSE
- Detail-oriented and good communication skills
- Willing to work under pressure and meet expectations
- Good command in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
