Our client is a provider of seamless cross-border postal and commercial delivery solutions that connect businesses to customers worldwide.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service through multiple communication channels
- Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction
- Assist in delivering service and product training to customers when required
- Perform other customer service duties as assigned
Requirements
- Good command in both Chinese and English
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the e-commerce or logistics industry
- Strong customer focus with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (fluency in Mandarin is an advantage)
- Speedy and accurate Chinese typing skills essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- Proactive attitude and strong team player
