• Provide professional customer services to clients across various channels such as email and instant messaging and perform necessary follow-up actions
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction
• Answer internal and external calls and queries in a professional manner
• Handle and ensure customer complaints are solved skillfully and effectively
• Provide clinical support including client and room allocation, booking schedule, billing etc
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors

We need individuals who possess the following skillsets:

• 2-3 years of experience in medical customer service preferred but not necessary
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
• A growth mindset to pick up new skills and knowledge quickly
• Skilled in multitasking and able to work independently
• Strong attention to details and customer focus
• Fresh-grad are welcome
