- Mampu bekerja dengan target dan KPI.
- Teliti dalam mengelola data, pesanan, dan follow-up customer.
Jobdesc :
- Merespons dan melayani customer melalui WhatsApp, Instagram, dan Marketplace.
- Menggali kebutuhan customer dan memberikan rekomendasi produk yang sesuai.
- Melakukan product knowledge & selling hingga closing.
- Melakukan follow-up chat/customer untuk meningkatkan conversion.
- Menangani pertanyaan, komplain, dan kebutuhan customer secara profesional.
- Mengelola dan memperbarui data customer serta status transaksi.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim terkait stok, pembayaran, pengiriman, dan pesanan.
- Mencapai target omzet, conversion rate, response time, dan follow-up.
