Customer Service Operations Assistant

We are a growing promotional products company seeking a high-performance, tech-savy Customer Service & Operations Assistant who thrives on accountability, efficiency and results.

This is not an entry-level, clock-watching role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, moves quickly, solves problems independently and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

What You’ll Own

• Manage customer communication with speed and professionalism
• Process quotes and orders accurately and efficiently
• Oversee job timelines from artwork approval to delivery
• Proactively track production and shipping deadlines
• Identify and resolve issues before they become problems
• Maintain clean, accurate data inside CRM and order systems
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure pricing, production and delivery accuracy
• Support leadership with reporting and operational improvements

Requirements

• 2+ years in customer service, operations, or order management
• Highly tech-savvy, comfortable learning and navigating multiple platforms
• Experience with CRM systems, spreadsheets, vendor portals and order management software
• Strong attention to detail with zero tolerance for errors in finished work
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience in promotional products, printing, or branded merchandise is a strong plus.
