About the team

The customer team are currently a team of ten people, we provide an exceptional customer experience, blending direct interaction with behind -the-scenes efficiency. We ensure customers feel valued while streamlining processes to keep everything running smoothly. The customer team works closely with product, marketing, digital and sales teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Role and responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Experience working with Inheritance Tax (IHT) and Business relief products.
• Previous experience of onboarding new customers.
• Completing KYC/AML checks and processing of applications.
• Adhering to regulatory guidelines, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all client interactions meet FCA requirements.
• Building relationships and trust with customers and providing exceptional levels of customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
