Customer Service / Operations Officer

Responsibilities

Service Excellence & Client Relations:

Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, NGOs, and art groups to ensure high venue occupancy through excellent service.

Handle the end-to-end service cycle: managing inquiries, providing professional quotations, conducting site visits, and finalizing booking details.

Coordinate tailored event arrangements that align with the Hub’s prestige and the specific operational needs of the client.

Operational & Event Leadership:

Prepare venue logistics to serve high-profile client events and company functions, ensuring service levels consistently exceed standards.

Lead and mentor junior staff members to maintain a culture of consistent service quality.

Make real-time, on-site decisions to resolve customer inquiries and operational challenges within company guidelines.

Systems & Administrative Management:

Ensure the seamless execution of internal systems, daily reporting, and standard operating procedures.

Manage project documentation, data analysis, and record updates to ensure organizational transparency.

Maintain high standards of data integrity within our proprietary in-house developed system for all client and project information.

Requirements

• Education: Form 6 or above.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; exposure to shift duties is essential.
• Communication: A proactive, sales-oriented communication style with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Technical Skills: * Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Chinese typing speed of at least 25 wpm.
• Practical experience with Audio/Video (AV) equipment is a distinct advantage for event support.
• Passion: A genuine interest in Music, Culture, or Cantonese Opera will help you thrive in our unique environment.
• Note: Fresh graduates with exceptional potential and a "can-do" attitude will also be considered.

This modern performing arts/event space is located in Lai Chi Kok and focus on advocating Cantonese opera, cultural performance and artwork industries. It provide space to welcome all types of artists and performers to establish educational base, refine ones’ skills and to organize art performances; we also host conferences, seminars and workshops for corporates and NGOs.
