Customer Service Operator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Call Operator to handle incoming and outgoing calls, assist customers, provide accurate information, and ensure professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
• Transfer calls to the appropriate department or person.
• Record customer complaints, queries, and call details.
• Follow up on customer requests when required.
• Maintain accurate call records and reports.
• Handle calls politely and professionally.
• Escalate complex issues to the supervisor or relevant department.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Matric / Intermediate or equivalent.
• Previous call handling or customer service experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good command of English and Urdu.
• Ability to handle calls professionally and calmly.

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
