Position: Customer Service Operator

As an integral part of our Customer Service team, you will play a crucial role in interacting with our valued customers. As the first point of contact, your support helps ensure customer satisfaction and efficient branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create positive customer experiences through professional, friendly engagement
• Liaise with customers to understand needs and provide practical solutions
• Provide operational support to the Branch Manager and team
• Collaborate with the team to address inquiries and deliver resolutions
• Manage invoicing, job authorisations, and general record-keeping
