Customer Service Order Processing Representative

Jocott Brands, a rapidly growing beauty products company with a portfolio of brands sold in multiple channels of trade, is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Customer Service Order Processing Representative who can thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where multi-tasking is essential.

This role has direct interaction with our external customers and internal customers daily. All interactions with our customers are to be handled in a professional, helpful and timely fashion to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and ensuring attention to compliance requirements. Daily activities include:

Key Responsibilities

· Order & Data Entry

o Perform order entry

o Input orders into database.

o Inform customer of expected delivery date.

o Check inventory control.

o Follow up on orders.

o Prepare Shipping Documents.

Customer Service

o Work with customers and sales team to resolve issues.

o Inform customer if item is out of stock or discontinued.

o Collaborate with production, sales, shipping, warehouse, and Purchasing Team to resolve issues.

o Maintain records for all orders and status.

· Administrative Tasks

o Maintain updated records.

o Prepare order reports for management.

· Additional responsibilities and duties as required to support the team when requested.

Qualifications

· SAGE experiance is a must.

· Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent**,** plus 3-5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

· Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.

· Strong skills in math, data entry, color/register perception and a high level of accuracy.

· The minimum related language skills required for this position is the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business and numerical data.

· Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point, and MS Outlook.

· Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.

· Willingness to work additional hours as needed to meet the business/customer deadlines.

· Strong customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently and effectively with others to ensure smooth work flow.

· Must be detail oriented and highly organized with strong analytical abilities.

· Proven ability to work successfully in a deadline driven environment with a sense of urgency.

· Demonstrated ability to remain flexible while working on multiple projects simultaneously.

· Experience with Sage or other ERP systems.

· Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
