Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers
- Introduce products, services, or promotions
- Generate leads and identify customer needs
- Update and maintain accurate call records
- Follow call scripts and achieve daily targets
- Pass qualified leads to relevant teams when required
Requirements:
- Good communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable handling outbound calls daily
- Customer service or sales experience is an advantage
- Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
