Customer Service – Part Timer

About the role

Nirvana Asia Group is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Part-Timer in Customer Service and Hospitality. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our guest experience, delivering exceptional service in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

1. Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they enter.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by attending to guest needs, answering enquiries and resolving any concerns promptly and courteously.
3. Take orders accurately and serve beverages and food items in accordance with company standards and procedures.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas, including tables, bar counters and surrounding spaces.
5. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service operations during peak and quiet periods.
6. Assist with funeral services, assisting at services, floral delivery, picking up supplier, participating at special functions and other duties as required to ensure that services run smoothly as planned

What we're looking for

1. Strong customer service ethos and genuine passion for hospitality.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele.
3. A positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn.
4. Previous hospitality or customer service experience is desirable but not essential for internship candidate.
