Position Overview

As part of our dynamic financial operations team, you will gain hands-on experience in business systems, customer service, and data analysis while contributing to the smooth running of our financial operations. Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the financial business system, ensuring smooth processes and helping improve efficiency.
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries professionally, building strong customer relationships.
• Monitor, organize, and analyze daily business data, and prepare regular operational reports.
• Assist the team with business support tasks such as system testing and external communications.
• Collaborate with the team on temporary tasks during peak periods or project needs (occasional overtime may be required).

What We’re Looking For

• SPM / Diploma / Degree and above — all education levels are welcome to apply.
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged; candidates with some experience in operations or customer service are also welcome. Financial industry background is a plus but not required.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills; able to handle urgent matters independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with a strong service mindset.
• Basic computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). and basic Photoshop skills.
• Willingness to learn data processing and reporting using Excel or related tools.
• Able to communicate in English; Mandarin, is a MUST. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and flexible with temporary task assignments.
• Ability to use AI tools to enhance work efficiency.
