Customer Service Phone Operator

Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Phone Operator. In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and ensure smooth operation of our multi-line phone systems.

Schedule

Monday - Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Duties

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently using multi-line phone systems
• Help clients complete scheduling appointments
• Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, or appointments with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Use basic computer skills to complete customer orders.
• Communicate clearly and courteously in multiple languages or bilingual capacity to serve a diverse customer base.
• Follow established phone etiquette standards, demonstrating excellent communication skills and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clients effectively.
• Familiarity with telephone systems, including multi-line phone systems
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel for documentation purposes.
• Ability to manage phone calls efficiently while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
• Basic typing skills for quick data entry and record keeping; attention to detail is essential.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
