What they need
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming leads & enquiries.
- Convert leads into sales.
- Follow-up customers consistently.
- Manage sales pipeline & CRM
- Understand products & close deals confidently.
- Work closely with marketing team
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (Degree is an advantage).
- Experience in sales, customer service or WhatsApp selling is preferred.
- Experience in printing industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Fast response, disciplined and consistent in follow-up.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, social media and basic digital tools.
- Target-driven and motivated to earn through commissions.
- Positive attitude, coachable and willing to improve.
