What they need
Handle voice, webchat, email and back-office customer support. Resolve queries and complaints, document interactions, meet quality/KPI targets, and provide professional service across rotational shifts.
Required Candidate profile
1–5 years in customer service/BPO. Strong English, voice/non-voice, complaint handling, multitasking and computer skills. International, UK/Australian, utilities or telecom experience preferred.
