Customer Service/ Procurement

About the role

A Customer Service Executive role supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth coordination between customers, suppliers, warehouse personnel, drivers, and the finance department. The role also involves supporting procurement activities to ensure timely purchasing and order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process sales and purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare invoices and relevant sales documentation.
• Coordinate deliveries with warehouse personnel, drivers, and customers.
• Collate purchase requirements and consolidate orders for procurement.
• Handle purchasing activities, including liaising with suppliers, requesting quotations, and placing purchase orders.
• Follow up with suppliers on order confirmations, stock availability, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, and inventory transactions.
• Assist with inventory management and stock coordination.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to enquiries and resolving order-related issues.

About You

• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced SME environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, purchasing, or order processing is preferred.
