Well Groomed Pets is seeking a friendly, dependable, and caring Customer Service Professional to join our team as a full-time Wellness Technician/Receptionist at our Palmetto location. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for clients and their pets, ensuring they receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive. Our salon features modern amenities and grooming products designed for the comfort of both pets and staff, offering a positive work environment for dedicated customer service professionals.

Duties

• Greet and welcome clients warmly upon their arrival, establishing a positive first impression.
• Build genuine relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust.
• Assist clients with check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Answer questions about services, appointments, and products in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with grooming staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area that reflects the high standards of the salon.
• Support the team with other administrative tasks as needed to ensure excellent customer experience.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
