Customer Service Professional (CSP)

Location: Georgetown, Penang
Basic Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,500 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for Customer Service Professionals to join a customer service team in Penang. This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy assisting customers, resolving enquiries, and providing effective solutions.

Candidates who are proficient in Chinese Language would be an advantages.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers regarding billing issues and service-related enquiries.
• Understand customers' concerns and provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
• Assist customers in resolving enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Follow established procedures and service standards.
• Maintain good customer service quality and meet the required performance targets.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customers’ concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work five days per week with two rotating rest days.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 operational environment according to the assigned schedule.
• Proficiency in Chinese Language is preferred for language-specific positions.

Benefits

• Pay for Performance (PFP): Up to RM300 per month, subject to meeting the required KPIs.
• Language Allowance: RM300 per month**.**
• Shift Allowance: RM90.
• Transportation Reimbursement: Available subject to applicable terms and conditions (T&C).

Working Arrangements

• Five working days per week.
• Two rotating rest days.
• Rotating shifts in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Weekend and public holiday shifts may be required according to the assigned schedule.

Important Information:

Candidates are required to undergo an On-the-Job Assessment (OJA). Failure to pass the assessment may result in the discontinuation of employment in accordance with the applicable employment terms.

Candidates must be fit to perform the duties required under the five-day working schedule.
