 Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Act as a key coordinator between internal departments and clients on projects;
• Project Monitoring: Monitor project schedule and scope of work to meet client’s objectives and timeline;
• Client Interaction in Daily Works: Handle requests and inquiries from our corporate finance clients, providing professional solutions
• Quality Under Pressure: Deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and take up any ad-hoc client-in-house duties when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma holders or above;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
• Self-motivated, able to work as a team player with excellent communication skill;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
• Flexibility to work on rotational shift duties, including overnight shift (with shift allowance);
• IANG and Fresh graduates are also welcomed.
• Experience in financial printing will be considered as Senior Associate.
