Customer Service Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Dons Auto & Diesel Service in Newton, SA. In this full-time position, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing a warm and professional welcome while handling a variety of administrative and customer service duties.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting customers and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner
• Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer enquiries
• Scheduling appointments and managing the calendar for our mechanics
• Handling cash and credit card transactions for services and parts
• Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
• Assisting with other administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, ideally within the automotive or service industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide outstanding customer service
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using standard office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office suite
• A friendly, professional and helpful attitude with a genuine desire to assist customers
