Customer Service/ Receptionist 客戶服務/接待員 (Full or Part Time)

Responsibilities

• Perform customer service at dance studio
• Studio locations: North Point/Causeway Bay/Central/Kowloon Bay/Tsuen Wan/Shatin
• Maintain good relations with parents/customers
• Other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• DSE or above
• Experience in customer service or related field
• Self-motivated and with initiative, good team player, responsible, cheerful and positive attitudey go
• Enjoy working with people
• Knowledge in MS Office

• 負責院校日常運作，包括接待家長，解答有關課程資料
• 學校地點：北角/銅鑼灣/中環/九龍灣/荃灣/沙田
• 照顧學生，安排學生上課及維持秩序
• 與家長/客戶保持良好溝通
• 其他行政工作

入職要求

• DSE/會考或以上程度
• 具客戶服務經驗者優先考慮
• 積極主動，熱誠有禮，富責任感，性格開朗
• 懂 MS Office操作
