Red River Home has an immediate opening for a Guest Relations Representative. This position is based in our Texarkana, AR Distribution Center.

Guest Relations Representatives assist our sales team by:

• Having a GREAT Attitude

• Processing cash and credit transactions

• Answering a multi-line phone system

• Processing sales in our computer system

• Routing and Dispatching of delivery trucks

• Processing service claims

• Interfacing between multiple departments

• Auditing reports for deliveries and service parts

• Data Entry on KPI's

• Using multiple computer systems simultaneously

• Interfacing between multiple departments

• Multi-tasking in a fast-paced retail environment

• Other job-related duties as assigned

• Problem Solving

• In Person Customer Service Preferred

• Money Handling

• Time Management & Accountability

• Adaptive to Change

• Excellent Communication Skills - written, verbal, & listening
