Our main focus is to educate our clients to ensure they are making the right decisions to get the coverage they need.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• A Property & Casualty license is a bonus.
• A team player who is goal-oriented with a positive attitude
• Tech-savvy, with basic computer software knowledge, and self-starter with the ability to prioritize.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including professional phone and office etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Your relationship-building skill set will be put to use by fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain client retention and satisfaction with follow-up appointments
• With your keen attention to detail, you'll be assisting clients with policy changes, updating client information, and scheduling appointments
• Use your savvy skills to cross-selling and rounding out client accounts
• Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in educating and advising clients on their policies
