Duties

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients .
• Communicate with Production staff to satisfy client orders.
• Maintain high levels of communication skills to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Use and load information into our Quoting Excel spreadsheet to quote customer needs.
• Check your Customer open orders and make sure all material is in the facility or scheduled to arrive when needed to build Customer orders.

Experience

• Experience in Customer service.
• Formally has worked with an ERP system.
• Experience in working with Microsoft Excel
• Managing customer relationships and analyzing sales data.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
