Customer Service Rep

Are you a people-person with strong computer skills and a professional phone manner? We’re looking for a reliable, motivated individual to join our growing team in the Tawas and Oscoda branches.

✨ Position Highlights:

• Part-time up to 29 per week
• Accrued Earned Sick Time
• Monday - Friday hours 10am - 6pm
• Rotating Saturdays off (10am-2pm)
• Not open Sundays

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong computer proficiency
• Professional phone etiquette
• Community marketing experience is a plus
• Dependability is a must

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Perform accurate and confidential data entry
• Manage phone calls with professionalism
• Support marketing efforts by promoting services to the community
• Maintain organized records and support overall office operations
