Crown Trophy is looking for a motivated, dependable individual to join our team as a Customer Service Rep and Production Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for detail, and wants to be part of a creative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond to customer emails regarding orders, quotes, and product inquiries.
• Answer incoming phone calls, assist customers, and accurately enter orders.
• Assist walk-in customers with product selection and order placement.
• Provide professional, courteous customer service
• Assemble trophies, medals, plaques, and other recognition products according to specifications and ensure all products meet quality standards before packaging.
• Work closely with team members

• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn and work in a creative, hands-on environment
